Bulk earthworks construction commenced onsite at The Gardens, Lot 105 Stock Road, Lakelands on the 15th of November 2019. Clearing is to be completed in the area designated for the 100 lot Stage 1, readying the location for civil construction works thereafter. Earthworks are expected to be completed by the end of the 2019 calendar year, with civil works set to commence early in 2020. The project team will continue to update this page as development occurs throughout the life of the estate.
